The examination of Thomas Godson, lodging at Hercules Hills, sign of the Hercules, victualler in Eagle Street, Piccadilly, London [Middlesex], concerning George Kelly [regarding his prosecution in connection with the Jacobite Atterbury Plot]. Recalls his association with Mrs [Jane] Barnes, of Berry [Bury] Street [St James's, London, Middlesex], and her letters to Mr Bradshaw, living next door to the King and Pearl, Tavistock Street, Covent Garden [London, Middlesex], and Mrs Stuart, living near the Ship Ale House, Struton Ground, Westminster, [London, Middlesex. Sworn in the presence of Ch [Charles] Delafaye.
