Recalls her service to Mr Kilburne, of Little Rider [Ryder] Street, St James [London, Middlesex] and the visits of Capt [Captain] Kelly, of the Cockpit [Whitehall, London, Middlesex]. Sworn before Ch [Charles] Delafaye.
