Examination of William Adye, packer, of Cateaton Street, stating his acquaintance with ship's master John Welbe, Nicholas Mandell, Captain Cattell the master of the Riga Merchant, and Jeremiah Finch, master of the Diligence, but denying knowledge of a plan to burn ships in the Mediterranean.
