Information given by Natham Bailey, of Garland Court, St Dunstan's, Stepney [Middlesex], against Mr Howell [or Howel] a nonjuring clergyman and now a prisoner in Newgate, stating that when he was over the road at Bull head Court in Jewen Street, the informant witnessed the delivery to Howell's house of four suspicious casks, which neighbours believed might contain small arms. Signed by Charles Delafaye, and inscribed with the name of John Blackwell,?Woll Court, London Wall, near the?Rummond Tavern.
