Petition for financial compensation for damages suffered by James and Elizabeth Jennings of St Anne's Black Fryers, to the Lord Justices. After showing public support to the King, the Jennings suffered abuse and personal threats, principally from Matthew Faulkener whom they subsequently prosecuted. Note signed by Delafaye with traces of two seals stating for the petition to be referred to Anthony Cracherode Esquire, solicitor to His Majesty's Treasury.
