Copy. Isaac Stephenson with information from Thomas Cooke, master of a sloop which regularly sails between France and England. Cooke reports his suspicions of a Mister Mansfield, a fryer at Rone [France] and a woman he believes to be carrying correspondence, both possibly hiding from authorities. Dated 6 Aug 1719.
