Lord Derwentwater, found guilty of high treason and executed on the 24 February, 1717, on Tower Hill; Lord Kenmure, found guilty of high treason, executed 24 February, 1717, Tower Hill; Lord Nithsdale, escaped from the Tower on 22 February, 1715, Lord Widdrington, in the Tower; Lord Carnwath, in the Tower; Lord Narin [Nairne], in the Tower; Lord Winton, escaped; Basil Hamilton of Baldoon, transferred to Newgate by habeas corpus; The [?Marques] of Nairne, transferred to Newgate; Edward Howard, transferred to Newgate; Lord Duffus, committed for high treason, in the Tower; John McIntosh, James Robertson, James Chalmers, [Jonathan] Stewart, William Montgomery, all discharged by the Attorney General; James Stewart, Patrick Martin, Nicholas Johnson, all sent to Newgate by order of Secretary Stanhope; Cuthbert [Westby], [Francis] Wilson, Patrick McCormack, Jean Baptiste, delivered to a messenger by order of Lord Townsend; [Francis] Hildegard, [Jonathan] Bell, both in the Tower.
