Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): The prisoner married in Canada and was urged by his relatives to leave the army; the prisoner was of good character in the army, wishes to re-enter it, and did not desert through disloyalty.
Additional Information: Prisoner on board Leviathan convict hulk. Prisoner formerly of 66th Regiment of Foot, enlisting in 1831. The prisoner was transported back to England in the Athol transport ship.
