Court and date of trial: Poole Town and County Quarter Sessions [Dorset], 8 April 1836.
Crime: (Riot and) Assault on Benjamin Inkpen, Chief Constable of Poole.
Initial sentence: Carmen: six months imprisonment. White: five months imprisonment.
Annotated (Outcome): Remission prepared for White 12 July 1836. Remission for [Carmen] 8 August 1836.
