Prisoner name: Berry Cartwright (with George Page and Charles Kitley).

Prisoner age: Cartwright 24 years. Page 27 years. Kitley 27 years.

Court and date of trial: Old Bailey, April Sessions 1836.

Crime: Shooting with intent. Victims Zachariah French and James Scott.

Initial sentence: [Death], commuted to transportation for life.

Annotated (Outcome): 'Considered in Council 11 May 1836'. Nil.

Petitioner(s): Berry Cartwright, undersigned by 31 supporters. The three prisoners undersigned by 13 supporters.
