Initial sentence: Sureties to keep the peace for two years.
Annotated (Outcome): 'After 14 months may be discharged on his own recognizance'; 'Remission prepared 8 June 1833'.
Petitioner(s): Michael O'Keeffe (the convict) two applications.
Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): The prosecutor seduced the convict's wife away from him and threatened him with imprisonment if he persisted in trying to get her back; the assault was an act of self defence when the prosecutor hit the convict during an argument; the convict has lost his business and is in ill-health.
Other papers: Certificate by G Chesterton (Governor of Middlesex House of Correction, Cold Bath Fields, Clerkenwell) that the convict has been confined therein upwards of ten months. Letter [largely illegible].
