Folio 691. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to William Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, acknowledging his letter of 12 October 1863. They sanction the outdoor relief which the guardians of the Mansfield Union have granted under the Outdoor Labour Test order, in 28 cases of able bodied paupers as set forth in the list accompanying your letter. The list is returned [not included].
