Folio 685. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to William Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, regarding their letter of 12 October 1863. They request the return of the form of queries with the particulars of Mr John Senior Turner to the office of medical officer for the fifth district of the Mansfield Union which accompanied their letter. The Board also request any observations that the guardians may have on the statements in the letters which were forwarded in the letter of the same date.
