Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Mr Edward Charles Willis of Pinxton, Mansfield Poor Law Union, acknowledging receipt of his letter of 23 September 1863, in which he enclosed a copy of a letter which he had sent to the guardians of the Mansfield Union, applying for the office of medical officer to the fifth district. The Board will consider his request.
