Folio 594. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to William Wheeldon, Assistant Overseer, Blidworth, Mansfield Poor Law Union, requesting that he informs the Board immediately why he has not taken any notice of the Board's letters dated the 16 February 1853, 23 February 1853 and the 7 March 1853.
Annotation: this officer appears to [ignore] the letters of the Board. The Board have received a letter stating that William Kirk has been appointed to the office of Assistant Overseer of Blidworth in the room of William Wheeldon. See 10377/1853. Put by.
