Folio 201. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to W E Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, acknowledging receipt of his letter of 31 March and stating that the Board consider the nomination for guardian for the parish of Hucknall [Hucknall under Hathwaite] is invalid as the address of the nominator is omitted. This is also true for the nomination for the parish of Skeby. This is also further invalidated by the fact that the name of the union is omitted and the nominator does not show in what capacity he assumes to nominate.
