Folios 195-197. Letter from W E Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, enclosing the printed annual return from with names and details of all 'Insane Persons, Lunatics and Idiots' chargeable to each parish.
