Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to Mr Pym, Clerk to the Guardians of the Belper Poor Law Union, enclosing an extract from a letter they have received from the clerk to the guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union [not included]. It complains of the course pursued by the Belper guardians in apprenticing William Harris and William Straw, pauper boys, to Henry Winter, Tailor residing in Mansfield. The Board ask for their observations on the case.
