Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to W E Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, referring him to their letter of 1 October and 13 November calling for a return of the number of people vaccinated by the public vaccinators of the union during the year ending 29 September. The Board ask the cause of the delay in sending this to them.
