Letter from W E Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, referring to the his letters of 5 March 1864 and 18 April 1864, requesting the Board's sanction for continuing relief to Samuel Spalton. Goodacre also encloses a statement regarding out relief to John Huskisson who is left with a large young family [not included]. Amounts and duration given.
