Folio 96. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to W E Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, asking for a response to their letters of 10 May 1864 and 18 February 1864. Goodman is asked why he has not sent the return required by the Income Tax Act, and informed that if no answer is received, the Board must consider what steps to take.
