Letter from W E Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, enclosing a treasury certificate, sent to James Robinson, Treasurer, showing the amount claimed [£133 15s] for the salaries of the schoolmasters and schoolmistresses of the workhouse and half the salaries of the medical officers for the year ended 31 March 1861, under the parliamentary grant.
