Delafaye to [Tilson]. Encloses letter to King of Poland with copy [not enclosed]. Letter to Archbishop has been delivered to his secretary; other two letters have been sent by post. As foreign ministers' letters are required to 'pass thro' the Office' suggests they be diverted to clerks, but that his commands be diverted to him and Mr Wace so no other clerks open them. Complains about night time deliveries; requests Tilson and Payzant order messengers wait until early morning to deliver non-urgent packets. When he has received 'my Lord's [?Sunderland] letter' to Captain Walrond, he will forward to Captain Thomas, who will proceed to Harwich [Essex] to deliver Gyllenborg and letter to Walrond. Has sent a letter to be deciphered by Mr Willes. Dated at Whitehall.
