Cracherode to Delafaye. Transmitting his letter about the prosecutions against the auditors of the imprests. [Not enclosed] Gives opinion of the manner by which Ord, Maxwell, and Barlow may be discharged. Ord and Maxwell 'certainly' included in the King's Act of Grace. Barlow was outlawed for High Treason and committed to Newgate by Townshend's warrant. Attorney General should be consulted as to how he may be discharged. Dated at Whitehall.
