Delafaye to Tilson. Advises that he has forwarded letters as directed in Tilson's previous letter and has cancelled Cabinet meeting. Sees no reason why he is required to look at certain letters Tilson sends to the Post Officer; requests Payzant be directed to send these directly to 'the general post officer', not deliver to Delafaye first, as it needlessly inconveniences him. Dated at Whitehall.
