Tilson to Delafaye. Relates that 'His Lordship'[?Sunderland] directs that a letter be drawn up with orders to the Captain of the frigate that Count Carl Gyllenborg [Gyllenberg] will sail in to Gothenburg [Sweden], where he is to be exchanged for Mr Jackson. If Jackson is not there, Gyllenborg [Gyllenberg] should be transferred to Sir George Byng's ship. Byng should then contact Swedish court. 'His Lordship' has authorised payment of £50 to Gyllenborg [Gyllenberg] but directs it wait until absolutely necessary. Dated at Hampton Court [Middlesex].
