1. Affidavit of Captain Thomas White [Whyte], of General Will's Regiment of Foot, stating that Douglas, of Whiteriggs [Fordoun, Aberdeenshire?], had 'voluntarily surrendered himself'. Mentions Colonel John Middleton. Dated at Carlisle [Cumberland].
