Letter from Robert Bowler, James Turner, Churchwardens, and John Beard, Overseer, of Warsop, [Mansfield Poor Law Union], to the Poor Law Commission, requesting permission for the discharge of two bills, dated December 1843, and Midsummer 1845, which Mr Power, [William Power, District Auditor], has previously refused to allow.
