OD 55/1-4 were selected for permanent preservation following an accelerated review process under the Open Government Initiative in the Overseas Development Administration which identified certain subjects whose records could be released early, including these files on multilateral agencies evaluation systems. The first records in the series are from records transferred early under the Open Government Initiative.
