To: The General Board of Health.
From: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
Letter calling attention to the subject of his letter of 17 April 1854, enclosing a resolution of the Leamington Local Board of Health, relative to the report of T Wicksteed, Consulting Engineer. Haymes requests that the sanction of the General Board to the borrowing of £14,000, on security of the Special District Rate, may be forwarded to the Local Board without further delay.
