From: Henry Austin, Chief Superintending Inspector, The General Board of Health.
Report upon an inquiry as to certain proposed amendments to the Provisional Order for the application of the Public Health Act 1848 to the parish of Leamington Priors. Austin appends a copy of the clauses proposed [not included], which he recommends for adoption.
