To: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Draft letter advising that Henry Austin, Superintending Inspector, has been directed to visit the town of Leamington to make inquiry as to the amendment of the Provisional Order applying the Public Health Act to that town. Haymes is requested to inform the General Board whether any, and what, public room can be placed at the disposal of Austin for the purpose of holding the said inquiry, and if it can be used on or about the 26 April 1854.
