To: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 7 February 1854. It is stated in reply that the General Board would be prepared to sanction the raising of a loan for approximately £4000 or £5000, for the purpose of enabling the Leamington Local Board of Health to establish a Market within their district, upon plans and estimates being submitted to them for their consideration.
