To: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Draft letter advising that at a meeting of the General Board held today, the President, Sir William Molesworth, informed the Board of his having received a letter from the Leamington Local Board of Health respecting certain legislative enactment which the Local Board are anxious to obtain, and recommended the Board to cooperate with the Local Board of Leamington. It is further advised that the General Board 'will be happy to take into consideration any suggestions which the Local Board may wish to make on the subject of those legislative enactments of which reference is made'.
