To: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 17 August 1853, requesting to be informed whether the expense of lithographing plans may be defrayed out of money borrowed on mortgage of the General District Rates, instead of being paid out of such rate. It is stated in reply that the expense of lithographing the plans may be raised on mortgage, in the same manner as the cost of the survey.
