To: The General Board of Health.
From: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 21 July 1853, relative to raising the costs of lithographing the survey plans of Leamington. Haymes enquires whether 'the amount required to meet the expenses of lithographing the plans, as well as that of the expenses of the survey, may be raised by mortgage on the General District Rate, instead of being paid out of such rate'.
