To: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 20 July 1853. It is stated in reply that there is no reason why any cost of lithographing the plans and survey should be added to the amount already paid for survey'. The specification, schedule and tender, transmitted with Haymes's letter of 12 July 1853, are said to be returned herewith.
