To: The General Board of Health.
From: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 18 July 1853, returning the draft agreement with Mr V Brooks. Haymes enquires whether the sum to be paid for lithographing the survey plans can be added to the amount already paid for the survey; 'with a view of borrowing the amount on mortgage of the General District Rate'. He also requests the return of the specification, schedule and tender forwarded with his letter of 12 July 1853.
