Folio 149.
To: The General Board of Health.
From: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
Letter enclosing a draft agreement with Mr Vincent Brooks and his Sureties for Lithographing the survey plans of the district of Leamington [not included], and requesting that the General Board of Health will give their sanction and approval to such agreement. It is stated in reply that the Local Board have accepted Brooks' tender on the recommendation of Mr Austin, to whom the tenders were referred.
