To: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 5 July 1853, requesting the Board to press the Law Officers of the Crown for their opinion on the case submitted to them respecting the Main Sewerage District of Leamington. It is stated in reply that 'the Board will use all diligence to obtain the opinion'.
