To: The General Board of Health.
From: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 13 June 1853, containing the offer of the General Board to obtain the opinion of the Law Officers of the Crown on questions 4, 7 and 8 in the case originally submitted for the opinion of the Attorney and Solicitor General, with reference to the Main Sewerage District of Leamington. Hayes encloses a further case on the three points in question and requests that it is submitted to the Law Officers of the Crown for the purpose of obtaining their opinion.
