To: Henry Austin, Chief Superintending Inspector, The General Board of Health.
From: A Haymes, Clerk to the Local Board of Health, Leamington [Warwickshire].
Letter acknowledging receipt of Austin's report on the tenders received for lithographing the survey plans of the district of Leamington. Haymes advises that the Local Board have accepted the tender of Mr Vincent Brooks, in accordance with the recommendation contained in Austin's letter of 20 June 1853.
