Sent by India Office.
Joint advance to Persia: acknowledges receipt of Foreign Office letter of 3 Oct; £50,000 will be paid to the Imperial Bank of Persia, as requested; agrees sum not exceeding £100,000 be advanced from Indian revenues for the purposes of the advance on same terms as previously; agrees in view of sitation in Persia of repayment by Bank of Persia of previous advance being postponed.
