Reports that Turkish Minister has received assurances from both Greek Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs about measures to prevent formation of Greek bands and their activities in Macedonia; also transmits copy of Bulletin d'Orient giving lists of numbers of bands of different nationalities operating in vilayets of Salonica, Monastir and Kossovo.
