Description

The humble address of the Presbytery of Abertarf. Relates to the 'Reformation of the Highlands of Scotland, and civilizing the Inhabitants', and monies for maintaining preachers and catechists (according to the grant of King William and Queen Mary which bestowed a salary of £30 sterling for the placement of a school-master at Fort William).
