Description

Roxburghe, on the referral to the Treasury of the petition of the widow of Mr George Barclay late an Episcopal minister in Scotland. Having been struck off the list of those who shared in the charity money, the petitioner humbly requests to be granted a pension of £100 as was enjoyed by the late Bishop of Edinburgh to support herself and her children.
