Envelope mounted on card divider item 43 with typed caption, 'NER [North Eastern Railway] 4CC Class 4-cylinder Compound Nos 730-731 LNER [London and North Eastern Railway] Class C8' containing photographic images of these 4-4-2 Atlantic locomotives [designed during the tenure of W Worsdell as Chief Mechanical Engineer by Walter Mackersie Smith Chief Draughtsman using his four-cylinder compound system]:
1) Monochrome postcard published by F Moore's Railway Photographs No 2303, locomotive No 731 [at York as built] [image c.1906], 9cm x 14cm, see also item 39.
