Railway Company: London And North-Western.

Date of accident: 10 August 1909.

Location: Preston Locomotive Shed.

Name of person(s): Robert Kellett.

Occupation: Fitter.

Nature of injury: The driver decided to move one of the engines without telling Kellett, resulting in his back being bruised by the right hand of the connecting rods.
