The records were created by the European Community Division under the European Community Group and there under the Overseas Finance (Sector) from 1992. In 1995 it changed to the European Co-ordination / European Future Strategy Fiscal Policy Group situated under the International Finance Directorate Sector. In 1996 it became the European Future Strategy Group, under the International Finance Directorate Sector as before. After 1998 the business transferred to EUCS European Union Co-ordination Strategy.
