The records were created under the Public Finance (Sector) from 1984 having previously been created by the Fiscal Policy (Group). In 1982 the Fiscal Policy Group was situated under the Domestic Economy Sector. This changed in 1983 when the Fiscal Policy Group was situated under the Domestic Economy Command. In 1984 it became Public Finance (Sector) and thereafter under Fiscal Policy (Group) until 1989.
